HIGH LEVEL PROCESS FLOW
The SSU will be responsible for obtaining basic mortgage capability criteria and information from the prospect (criteria to be defined by Company- including mortgage amount, interest rate, LTV, annual income, time in residence etc)
The SSU will be responsible for gaining permission and conducting credit checks
The SSU will then counsel/ advise the prospects on loan program options and products that best fir prospect’s criteria (product knowledge to be trained by client)
Upon indication of interest by prospect, the SSU will proceed to intake a mortgage application as per Company guidelines and requirements (all systems to be provided access to by Company)
The SSU will be responsible for completing the application to the guidelines specified by Company (guidelines to be defines – including proof of employment, credit report, signed application etc.)
Upon completion of the application, the SSU will forward the application to Loan Processing at Company and will then act as intermediaries to ensure that all questions are answered and issues are being resolved until loan is processed
If loan is approved, a Company representative will handled the loan closing
